They’ve got a nice selection, so it’s easy to find something you like. It is a bit pricey though.

I really don’t think this is worth the price. I was expecting a lot more for the amount of money it costs, but once I had it, it just felt underwhelming. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for what it is, I can’t really justify spending that much on it. There are probably better options out there that give you more value for your money.

I guess the company might be okay when everything goes smoothly, but when I needed help, it was basically silence. I reached out and got no reply, no useful support, nothing. Maybe they’re great for other people, but my experience felt like a total waste of time...

I used martell.com to look up a bottle, and, yeah, overall it was easy to get around. The menus were clear enough, and I didn’t really have to click all over the place to find what I needed. The product pages had the main info right there, which was nice.

The only thing I noticed was that a few pages loaded a bit slowly on my phone. It wasn’t, like, a huge problem or anything, but it did stand out a little while I was browsing.

I thought this was genuinely good quality. It tastes really smooth, and the bottle has a nice premium feel to it. That said, it is a little pricey, and I do think brands should be fair about what they charge. Still, if you don’t mind spending a bit extra, it feels like a solid pick

I ordered from Martell thinking it would show up in a few days like they said, but it ended up taking over a week with barely any clear updates. The tracking just kind of sat there, which was frustrating.

I reached out to support, but they basically repeated the same tracking info I could already see myself. Also, with the delivery fee being what it was, I couldn’t help wondering if there were some extra costs baked in somewhere, because the service definitely didn’t feel worth it.

When the package finally arrived, the box was beaten up and looked like it had been tossed around. Nothing about the whole experience felt smooth, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I bought this from martell.com for a birthday gift, and it just didn’t feel very gift-ready. The packaging was plain, and the delivery timing ended up making it more stressful than it should’ve been. For the price, I expected it to look a little nicer tbh. I probbaly wouldn’t order it again if it was meant as a gift.
